Mary Hykel Hunt is an Intuitive Consultant with a long-standing record for accuracy and sound advice. She has a substantial practice based in the south west of England and is consulted by individuals and organisations worldwide on matters both personal and professional.

Mary is also an academic psychologist with an intense interest in the nature of intuition and psychic ability.

She has a weekly column as a psychic agony aunt for the best-selling women’s weekly, Pick Me Up, and has a regular broadcast slot on BBC Somerset Sound called ‘Mary’s Mystery School’, presented by Jo Phillips.

Also currently working on two new books, ‘Learning from the Future’ and ‘Synergy of the Senses’, to be published by O Books.

Since Mary was a small child, she has been able to access information about people in an unconventional way – through their names. When she looks at a name, she see's it as an array of different colours and shapes, sometimes even textures. As she looks at these images, Mary starts to receive information about the person. That information can be very day-to-day – when will I sell my house? Will I get that job? - or it can be about more important life issues, such as “What’s my life purpose?”.

Wanting to understand more about how this was happening, Mary decided to go in to psychology, and over the last fifteen years, she has done a lot of research into the nature of intuition and how it works. And has made some important discoveries.
